Mayfair

Ever had a chance to throw a party at your place but NEVER want anyone to see the daylight of your room?

Too messy? Too smelly? What's that grimy slimy thing? O_O!!

Okay I shouldn't judge.. maybe you're not a dude XD. Maybe you just want some personal space but you still want to be cool right?? Parties are still waiting to be thrown. Events don't happen if you don't state the venue.

So where are you going to get yourself a place for a reasonable price, no commitments, and you get to examine the area before making rent?

iBilik is the answer to your worries. The website provides a medium to connect people who are searching for a place to stay with those who are renting out. In other words, for people like you and me :D! What caught my eye the other day when I was checking it out was this apartment I found at Sri Hartamas for only RM70 a night. I thought it was a scam because "cannot be that cheap right?? even Hotels at Petaling Jaya these days are increasingly expensive and this is at Sri Hartamas?!". So out of curiosity I investigated this further, hoping to find a terrible deal... but I was wrong.

Mayfair Service Apartment

The website provides the option for lessors to upload pictures for the added persuasion and true to that I was persuaded. The newly furnished room didn't look too shabby at all. Instead, presentable and pleasing to the eyes. And I kept looking back at the terms and conditions. Nope.. it's still RM70/night.

They even have a balcony overlooking our beautiful city and I just can't help but understand now why the properties there are so pricey ><. Also, it ain't called an apartment without a swimming pool and a gym facility. From an electrical stove to plenty of car parking spaces; they really have it all covered :O

It's amazing how the internet has made accommodation-hunting so convenient these days. I was afraid at first because honestly, anyone can just photoshop pictures and write fancy descriptions about their place but iBilik ensures each and every hosts of these places go through a rigorous screening process before having the privilege to set up their own page...

so I guess it's safe to say Hello Mayfair ^.^
