Tested in shallow waters

Performance is a measure applied earlier in our life than we know it. The experienced always tell us, "the working realm is the worst you can ever expect. it is nothing like university life at all. you better start enjoying it now than never." Well that's where they are wrong.

It is definitely not nothing at all.

People talk. Let's just put it this way. And when they talk they really talk a lot. Some things may be true. Some things may be exaggerated. What you wish for is for the good stuff to be dramatized. The bad stuff to be forgotten and swept under the rug. But people are people and no matter how many times you preach "forgive and forget", no one really forgets. However, despite this character of ours, your success stories won't be told. You want that, read the Times (if you can cause a bigger scene than Egypt and Libya add together). Your flaws, on the other hand, would be read like an opened book >) if not a note pad with still plenty of room for bitter flavors.

Sometimes it just sucks like that but even so you can't change what is. Especially when you have group assignments in school and when you reputation is contaminated from previous experiences, urgh life just suck so bad. Suezan always asking me "why your class so dramatic wan??" Hey, we're accounting and finance students fighting for ICAEW sponsors. It's not that I'm fighting against you. I'm just fighting with you. And it is you that will also determine around 15% (give or take qualitative issues) of my possible sponsorship. So of course everyone wants best pick!

You're good you're in. You're bad, well... fight! Show them what lies they have in their head. DON'T LET THE LIES GET TO YOU :/ because if you do that's really just too bad. It's one year and a quarter more to go. And they say the bad times feel longer than it should.
